Nel nostro paese accade un po’ di tutto, alcuni network che nonostante una squadra speakers ben rifornita, programmano molte ore di repliche e radio locali decisamente più piccole che invece continuano a rimanere costantemente in diretta. In questo video cerco di darvi qualche consiglio per la giusta via di mezzo, ovvero non chiudere la radio per ferie ma allo stesso tempo permettere agli speakers di ruotare.
